Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To return an item, please ensure it is in the same condition you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and original packaging intact. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Issues

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some product types cannot be returned, including perishables (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made items (special-order items, personalized items), and personal care products (beauty products, etc.). Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the item you received and, once your return has been accepted, purchase a new one.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
