Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To return an item, please ensure it is in the same condition you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and original packaging intact. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return the item and where to send it. If you return the item without first requesting a return, your return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your item immediately upon receiving your order. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some product types cannot be returned, including perishables (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made items (special-order items, personalized items), and personal care products (beauty products, etc.). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding specific items.

Discounted items and gift cards are also not returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the item you received and, once your return has been accepted, purchase a new one.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the product has been shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, regardless of the reason, even if there is no good reason. As described above, returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused/unworn, with tags and original packaging intact. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
